Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?

Unfortunately, Bestys is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Bestys. However,  we ensure the appropriate shipping fees have been added at checkout for our customers before customers place their order. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.

What if I have not received my order?

If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped and should arrive soon. Feel free to contact us at contact@bestys.co.uk for an update on the status of an order.

How can I pay for my order?

Bestys has got your back! We accept most of the major  payment types. 

Is it safe to order online?

You can be rest assured that shopping with Bestys is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, after placing an order and you wish to amend your order,  kindly get in contact with us as soon as you decide to proceed with your ammendment as most of our orders are processed the same day. Failure to request for an ammendment within the first 24 hours after payment means we can't go ahead with your request since your order may have been already processed. Please get in touch with us if you want to know more about order ammendments.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at contact@bestys.co.uk with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will be in touch within 24 hours to resolve your issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.

What is your delivery time?

We aim to deliver all orders to our customers the quickest way possible. All UK orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery takes 2-5 days to get to customers. All non UK orders are processed within 24 hours and delivery takes at most 7-10 days depending on the destination. Any concerns about delivery please talk to us, we are always happy to help.
